Westroad Group Announces a Landmark Hospitality Partnership
Westroad Group has officially entered into a strategic Joint Venture with MAYFAIR Elixir, the growth and expansion arm of MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts, for the development of an integrated luxury hospitality destination in Santiniketan, West Bengal. This landmark collaboration will introduce South Bengal’s first MAYFAIR-branded luxury hospitality destination, featuring a five-star luxury hotel and premium boutique apartments. The announcement was formally made through the company’s official press release.
Bringing Luxury Hospitality to Santiniketan
Recognized globally as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Santiniketan is celebrated for its artistic legacy, educational heritage and the timeless vision of Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore.
The upcoming hospitality destination has been envisioned to preserve the cultural identity of Santiniketan while introducing world-class hospitality infrastructure. The project will cater to leisure travellers, cultural tourists, destination weddings, corporate retreats, premium holiday homeowners and luxury lifestyle seekers. Beyond accommodation, the development aims to create an experience that reflects the character, creativity and heritage of the region.

By partnering with MAYFAIR Elixir, one of India’s respected luxury hospitality brands, Westroad Group is expanding its diversified business portfolio while contributing to regional tourism, employment generation and sustainable economic growth. The project is expected to become operational during FY 2028–29.
