Very clean and comfortable apartment! The location was perfect, just down the road from tons of restaurants, shops. It was also far enough down the road though to still be quiet in the nights. Finally have to mention the view, it was beautiful.
I have visited recently there. A great project by Westroad groups. All amenities available there like swimming pool, gym, community hall, kids play in trace. Parking is problem. For visitors car parking in roadside.
Location view excellent......in term of cost is justified. Very good construction. Promoter's behavior is very humble. These reasons enough to make a decision to bye a flat for me. Thanks to Westroad Heights team.👍
One of the best housing complex in Barasat. Very well constructed with beautifully designed exteriors and interiors. It has ample parking space, rooftop swimming pool and mini park on the terrace. The premises are kept clean by cleaning staff. CCTV cameras and 24 hours security guards, generator are added advantages.
Recently I have purchased a 2 BHK flat there. Very good inside location but the outside location is quite messy. Flats are well built . Rooftop swimming pool, rooftop garden, Gymnasium, play room , community hall are excellent. One drawback is there that you have to purchase your car parking area , it is not included in the price of your flat .
I visited last week & I'm impressed. The project is beautifully maintained. The community hall is really big which can host at least 150 guests. Thumbs up to Westroad Heights 👍
They have standard flat layouts. Room sizes of 2bhk & 3bhk are sufficient enough also having wardrobe space. Project connectivity is also good , very near to Barasat station.
