I recently buy a 2 bhk apartment. builder is very humble and polite,that impressed me,also their proposed plan is very constructive.They also very good raw materials .I have full faith for this society is one of the best society in Barasat when it completed.It is my dream house so I am very much excited.
Pros :
1. Location-It is only 2 min away from helabattala and in barrackpore road.
2. Amenities like rooftop swimming pool and rooftop landscaping.
3. Quality construction and 13 passenger two automatic lift.
4. High-rise building with reasonable price,no extra charges like other properties.
5. Hira registered and SBI approved ,so documentation is more than okay.any one cannoteasily afford bank loan.
